I recommend you join all of the programs on this page for several good reasons
Spedia pays members for a number of things: First, you get paid for
every hour you surf using their AllAdvantage ViewBar-like "SpediaBar."
The software is out right now and they have started paying for hours as of
November ($.49/hour.) We never expected this company to get started so
quickly. You also get points if you change the links on your site by
putting "http://peter.spedia.net/?" in front of them. This means
that if someone follows a link on your page a pop up window is
automatically displayed. Third, you can earn points for joining various
services throughout their website. On top of all of this they have now
started a 'pay to read email' program. At the September rates you'd get
between $.05 and $.10 per email you receive. If you are already a member
of the pay to surf program you'll have to update your account in order to
join the paid email program. There is now a new section on their site
where you can get paid for playing games. Finally and most importantly,
you get 25% of all points earned by anyone you refer to the program. NOTE:
There has been some question lately about Spedias honesty. It looks like
they're shorting a lot of members on surfing time. Some of these problems
have been resolved by the newest release of their software. I'm pretty
sure they'll fix the rest soon, they can't afford to lose many more active
members.

AllAdvantage was the first "Get paid to surf the web" service provider. Members earn money anytime they are online and display the Viewbar™, which opens automatically whenever their browser is launched. The small Viewbar™ sits at the bottom of the browser window and acts like a time clock, crediting members 50 cents for every hour they spend online (up to 40 hours or $20 per month). They can also receive additional money through AllAdvantage.com's referral payment system. In addition to the rewards of their own online time, members earn $.10 for each hour spent online by someone they have referred to AllAdvantage.com. Likewise, they earn $.05 for each online hour of that person's referrals. This extended referral system continues for four levels, with no limit on the total number of referrals that a person can have. AllAdvantage.com is available all around the world. But currently, the Viewbar™ is available only to U.S., Canada, UK residents. Non-US. members are free to sign up and start making referrals, and AllAdvantage will notify you as soon as service becomes available in your country. You may signup as many family member as you like, but computer can only have one account on it (the software restricts the program to one per machine right now). Check them out!
Update: The viewbar is out and all members are eligible to download it (from the account info page) and start getting paid. It has been released in the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Austrailia and New Zealand. Checks are sent between the 15th and 25th of each month. By default it is locked to the bottom of the screen but it can be "undocked" and moved around. The viewbar is very well made and they've just released version 1.3. The only downside is that it will only pay you for surfing, it temporarily shuts off if you check your email, for instance. The current max payable hours are 25 but should increase soon. mValue is brand new and they look good. They are already
paying members (in a way) and the software is available for download. This
is a nice change from how these companies usually do things. When they get
everything going they will be paying $.50/hour plus $.10 for direct
referrals and $.05 for indirect referrals. They don't say how many levels
deep indirects will go. Everyone who signs up during the "contest
period" will get a chance to win one of 1111 cash prizes. Members get
2000 "contest points" for anyone they refer and can earn up to
180 points a day buy surfing with the mValue panel on. The cash prizes
will be awarded to members with the most points at the end of the contest
period. Here's a breakdown: 1 member wins $1,000,000 10 win $10,000 100
win $1,000 1000 win $100 Contest ends January 23rd. Right now all you need
is 7 referrals to qualify for one of the $100 prizes. Shouldn't be too
hard right? They already gave $50 to the first 1000 members to sign up 5

ePIPO was the fourth service to come out and it's
looking like they might be the best. They have the same basic setup as
AllAdvantage but they pay $.60/hour with a $30 monthly max (instead of
$20.) They pay for referrals 5 levels deep, $.10/hour for all 5 levels
(again, this is on top of your $30 personal max.) They have a great
support staff and have account information online as of July 25th as well
as a members forum. ePIPO has finished beta testing their "SurfWindow"
and is making it available to members on a first come first serve basis.
It's a good program once they work out the few remaining bugs. Unlike the
AllAdvantage ViewBar, the SurfWindow does not shut off immediately if you
stop surfing. Instead it remains active for a short time. I think this is

DesktopHorizon looks like a good one. Their payment plan is a little different than most. Instead of paying in cash they pay in credits that can be used to by products from participating companies and businesses on and off the net. The reason that this will probably turn out to be a good thing is that they will probably be able to pay more this way than if they were paying in cash. They say that after the first couple of paying months you will be able to exchange your credits for cash as well. You get 50 DHCDs (Desktop Horizon Credit Dollars) for every hour that you surf and 5 DHCDs for each hour that your direct referrals surf as well as 6, 7, 8 and 9 credits/hour for second through fifth level referrals respectively. You also get a 5 DHCD bonus for each person that you refer to the program. There is a 60 hour monthly surfing maximum (higher than most.) Their software is currently finishing beta testing. This company has been fairly quiet since they came out sometime in August. No word as to when their software will be available. They pay (you know the drill by now) $.60,$.05,$.05,$.03,$.03,$.02 and $.02. You can get paid for a maximum of only 10 hours per month. If they change their mind about that, we'll let you know. Surfing2Cash recently added a account checking page for members. It was about time. If you like to sign up for lots of companies then we don't see any reason why you shouldn't be a member of Surfing2Cash. VIPBenefits pays $.60/hour plus $.15, .03 and $.02 respectively for three levels of referrals. They have recently upgraded their website to include more info and an account section. Their software has also been recenctly released, it's being made available on a first come, first served basis. We haven't seen the software yet but it looks like it will actually run inside your browser, taking up unused space in the upper right hand corner. Urge2Net is debuting on page one because they made a good
impression on us and seem to have spent some time putting their website
together. This, of course, means nothing in terms of what kind of service
they will turn out to be. We just think that their chances of survival are
better than some of the other companies in "pre-launch." They
haven't really disclosed their payment plan but they say that they'll pay
$.10 on the $1 for direct referrals and $.05 on the $1 for indirects up to
a total of five levels deep. They'll be sending checks when your account

So far, BannerUnion doesn't look like much. Most likely, it's the result of someone in college with some spare time on their hands. This doesn't mean it won't be successful, it just means there isn't much manpower or money behind it. They plan to pay members 40% of the income earned from their surfing time (ads viewed.) UtopiAD shares a percentage of advertising revenue with
members. For example, an advertiser pays $30 for you to see 1000 ads. Each
ad lasts about 30 seconds. You surf the net 1 hour a day, so it takes you
about a week to see 1000 ads. You would make 40%, or $12, for those 1000
ads shown to you.
If you refer others, for each of
your friends who view a 1000 ads you would make 10%, or $3 for each
friend. If their friends also see a 1000 ads, for which you earn 5%, or .5
dollars. This process continues for 2%, and 1%, for a total of 4

Founded in June 1999, itadsup is on its way to becoming the largest member driven, money generating web-based company in the world. Check them out! AllCommunity is a new service that plans to combine "pay to surf", "pay to read" and associate/affiliate programs. It looks very good. Right now they only have their paid emails program going. They pay $.03 for each email you receive (you don't even have to read it.) They also pay $.01 for each email your direct and indirect referrals receive up to three levels deep. They say they'll have the pay to surf program going soon as well as MLM style internet access and a program that gives members discounts at major online businesses. If you decide to give them $40 and join what they call 'CommunityPlus' then, on top of the other programs, you get $10 for each CommunityPlus member you refer and $2 for anyone that your referrals refer (it could add up quick, we joined.) CommunityPlus members also are able to participate in the internet access program without actually having to use the service and get other miscellaneous bonuses. Note that joining community plus is not required, anyone can join for free and make money with any of the programs. GetPaid4 is offering to pay members 70% or more of their income. According to them, this worked out to an hourly rate of $.95 last month. (Strangely, we hadn't heard of them until 2 or 3 days ago.) Anyway, here's the referral payment plan: 10%, 7%, 5%, 2%, 2%, 1%, 1% (7 levels deep.) They'll also give you 5 to 10 points for each email they send you if you join their paid email program. There is no mention of what, exactly, a point is. Also, their website is a little funny if you take the time to read it. They're paying right now and the "TecknoSurf Bar" is already out in a sort of beta testing stage. The bar works great. Sadly, though, they have taken advantage of the fact that most people use higher resolution, the software displays two full size banners across your screen. On the 10th of each month they will divide a percentage of their income (yet to be disclosed but they gave members 100% in December) among members. One of the major plusses of CashSurfers is the fact that they are backed by an already well establish internet advertising company. Making-Cash is just another new "paid to surf" company. That's about all they have going for them aside from the fact that they are one of the few companies that says they will pay you for doing anything on your computer as long as you have their "CashBar" running. (Isn't that what UtopiAD calls their software?) They plan to pay $.40/hour for surfing and $.15/hour for referrals. They don't say if they plan to pay for multiple levels of referrals. No info about when they plan to release the software or how long the delay will be on international checks.

BlueTree.net actually came out around a month ago. We hadn't reviewed them yet because of errors in their sign up script. Looks like it was a good thing we didn't because their system recently crashed and they lost all member info from before December 13th. On the plus side, everything is now fixed and appears to be running smoothly. They look like a good company so far. They will pay members 51% of their advertising revenue. On the assumption that they will be selling targeted ads at $35/1000 and un-targeted at $25/1000 members would make over $1/hour. You also get paid for referrals: 9%, 5%, 3%, 2%, 1%, 1%, 3% on first through seventh levels respectively. There will be a monthly max of 50 hours paid surfing and they plan to release the software sometime in March. To make up for lost referrals because of the crash, BlueTree will be making random members the "default referrer" for an hour during the next 100 days (starting on the 13th.) This means the member gets anyone who signs up during that hour without a referrer ID as their own referral Join now.
